In 1995 Lisa Culp became interested in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. She was in her early 20s at the time. Lisa then sought employment with a local agency and began her Residential Program Worker career there. Lisa stayed with that agency for 5 years. In 2006 Lisa obtained a License Practical Nursing Degree. After doing so Lisa returned to the same agency that she started at to become a Residential Nurse where she worked at until 2013.
In 2014 Lisa started a new journey as a private duty nurse for children with disabilities. At the same time Lisa was working with her husband Justin Culp on getting licensing to start their own agency that would provide residential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They were granted the licensing and opened the doors to their very first individual in 2015. Since then the agency has flourished and they now have 13 group homes. Eight of them are in Farrell Pennsylvania and five in Sharon Pennsylvania.
Lisa and Justin’s accomplishments have been very rewarding, and they are dedicated to making every individuals happiness and wellbeing their number one priority every day. Lisa and Justin are dedicated to going above and beyond to provide the best care for their individuals.
